This hotel is not one main building with the reception and the rooms, but there are small houses placed in a big garden, which is good for the families with the small children (you don’t need to walk). The cleaning service was excellent. In case of any help the staff helped even with the smile. There is only one restaurant, which I would say is rather as a canteen, in the morning you have to get up early to catch up all food as croisants,etc., and if you wish to have more bread for the breakfast, you have to ask the staff in the restaurant to bring more, for example they don’t bring immediatelly new missing food, when something is missing, this shouldn’t happened in the 4*category hotel. As a example, one day we want to have the sweet deserts after our dinner, but this day we came about 8pm to our dinner, which is the critical time, they don’t bring more deserts, and when we asked the staff, they said ,,finished’’. There was also problem with the coffee machine in the morning, it was broken very often and you have to buy your morning coffee in the bar, which is outside the restaurant, and you have to pay for it. Also I would like to mention the behavior of the main restaurant manager, absolutely unproffessional, he noticed once we placed our dirty plates outside our full table to the next free table next to us, we didn’t have too much space in our table, and he didn’t like the fact, we used to place the plates to the next empty table. They should really teach themselves in the business relation.
