Very bad! At our arrival we didn't had WATER in the toilette and, nevertheless I asked for help nobody came to us! I've been in the reception to ask if they give me some tool to open the water and the guys told me that "they have no tools because they are not plumbers..."... and the plumber arrived THE NEXT DAY in the afternoon; in the meantime, I had to go to BUY the pliers and fix the issue by myself!!! The whole Hotel perimeter smelled of dirty kitchen and expired food (that's why, we didn't take any dinner during the whole vacation).

We found the room dirty, including hairs of the previous renter (or previous previous.. who know!!) everywhere, especially in the shower. The shower's curtain didn't covered the shape of the shower itself, namely, water everywhere In the bathroom we found several times COCKROACHES and my wife couldn't sleep well from scare.

Bali is absolutely one of the best places in Crete (we know the island very well), because there are a lot of beautiful beaches very close, and comfortable to reach every archeological site. I strongly recommend this location either for families with children (and teens) or for a romantic escape!

Bali can offer very attractive opportunities, including diving, fishing, tennis, beach-volley and many other activities to do during the free time I recommend the 2nd beach, where in Summertime there is always a fantastic water-park (ask for "PORTO PARADISO")

The first day, we wanted to take dinner in the hotel, but we arrived at the buffet at 8:40 (20 minutes before closure of dinner time in hotel) and we found the buffet empty, and an old lady (apparently the owner) told us that we can eat only what is there (namely... bread and butter..). Considering the bad condition and poor cleanliness of the hotel (and the bad smell coming directly from the kitchen..) we realized from the 2nd day, we chosen to avoid to eat in the hotel, which resulted averagely an additional unplanned expense of 35/40 EUR daily (2 persons). At breakfast we always chosen bread and marmalade, because it was the only chance to know what we eat... Very important! If you don't like cats, don't visit this hotel, because you will find them everywhere!!!
