Very good hotel with top services and nice staff. We were very satisfied with our vacation. Small disadvantage is that most of staff speak only very basic English (in the hotel and surrounding area Russian language is mostly used due to most visitors are from Russia) but fortunately receptionists were speaking English fine.

There are plenty of activities which can be done by adults and children. There were some issues with basketball - field surface is worned out so ball bounces strangely, basket rimm nets are not fixed and balls are in poor condition.

Strava

Small negative - Fruit juices which are served in bars or by self service machines are not 100% juice but fruit nectars which are very sweet. I assume this is due to added sugar. As parent I would prefer if there are 100% fruit juices or due to costs reasons 100% fruit juice mixed with water.
